National Society of Minorities in Hospitality
NSMH is the largest student-run hospitality organization in the nation and has become the premier professional organization for the development of minority talent and leadership in the world.
Established in 1989 at Cornell University, NSMH currently has over one thousand four hundred students involved nationally. Being a part of NSMH is not about being a minority, but understanding how accepting and appreciating all the differences that anyone can face can make us better leaders in our industry. Being a part of NSMH is about promoting diversity, maximizing students' potential, developing strong leadership skills, building key relationships and finding new opportunities.
NSMH is open to all hospitality majors.
