Welcome Freshman Class of 2009!

The School of Merchandising & Hospitality Management is thrilled that you are joining our program in the fall.  Like many freshmen, you may be anxious about your first year experience.  Often students are asking questions such as "What is a credit hour? How do I register for class? or What is a GPA?"  These are normal questions for any incoming student, and our advising team is here to help you find the answers to all of your questions.  

No doubt, your transition to campus life will be smoother if you have a good understanding of some basic academic terminology.  These terms will be covered during your freshman orientation, but we ask that you spend some time reading the material before you arrive for your orientation session.
